Panorama Plaza
The Panorama Plaza, commercial and office center, located near the central highway connecting Jurmala and the center of Riga, is also a part of the Panorama Residence complex. Financial organizations, medical practices, trading and service companies, and other tenants make the center very popular among visitors. As well as all our other projects, the overall design of the complex harmoniously fits into the surrounding landscape. The total area of the complex is over 7,700 sq.m On the first floor there are cafes and shopping areas. The second, third and fourth floors are occupied by offices. There is also ground and underground parking with 136 parking lots in total.
Fürst Pückler Passage
Another asset of the Holding is a commercial building, a shopping arcade and the Fürst Pückler office complex, right in center of Cottbus (region of Brandenburg, Germany). The complex has a very favorable location next to the bus and train stations and the Radisson Blu hotel. The arcade, with a total area of over 7,000 sq.m, has dozens of shops and restaurants. Numerous offices are located in the office building, which is 12 stories high. The complex was built from steel, glass and natural stone in 1993. It is a fascinating example of German architecture that is in good harmony with the surrounding architectural ensemble.
Pyramids
The "Pyramids" — one of the most interesting, in terms of architecture and functionality, asset of the Panorama Holding — is located to north of Cottbus (region of Brandenburg, Germany), within the boundaries of the city Kolkwitz and in the center of the industrial park "Am Technologiepark". This complex was designed by the architectural bureau DYWIDAG and its construction was completed in 1995. It has the total area of over 10,000 sq.m The complex consists of open-plan office spaces, conference rooms with all necessary equipment, laboratories, equipped with the fume extraction, storages for chemicals and enterprise class electrical wiring. The complex also has production facilities and a large dining room. The complex has a very attractive location in terms of the access to different types of the transport — federal highways A13 and A15 are a few kilometers away from the complex, while railway and bus stations are in the close proximity. The well-known Brandenburg Technical University is situated nearby.
Krustkalni
Green and picturesque neighborhood is an invaluable advantage of the Krustkalni village, which is located just 10 km from the center of Riga. Therefore, we developed this project very carefully — a village, that is an ideal place for young families. Forest, fresh air, beautiful landscape and friendly atmosphere — we managed to preserve it all. The village consists of 10 houses with spacious and bright apartments of any choice, from one to four rooms. The apartments on the fourth floor have a large terrace, the apartments on the lower floors have balconies. There is a playground on the territory and it is planned to open a kindergarten in the nearest future. A well-developed transport system and other basic infrastructure facilities are a one step away, which makes our project a harmonious and well-balanced.
Panorama-Hotel Rothenfels
The foothills of the Bavarian Alps are a historical tourist attraction not only in Germany; it is a real gem among the mountain resorts around the world. For our Holding, this object, which is an excellent example of Bavarian recreational architecture, is much more than solely an investment asset. We are especially proud that it brings to its visitors the mood of peace and tranquility. The hotel consists of 30 rooms, a restaurant, which serves Bavarian and European cuisine, and a large summer terrace. It was recently renovated and equipped with everything you need. The hotel is just a ten-minute walk from the shores of the lake Grosser Alpsee. There are also scenic trails for hiking trips in the vicinity of the hotel. During the winter the slopes are open for skiing. The hotel rooms with breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains are especially appreciated by the hotel's guests. The hotel is just two kilometers away from the Immenstadt im Allgäu train station and provides free parking on site.
Hotel in Forst
Hotel in Forst is the Holding’s object, situated right in picturesque forests, in the vicinity of the city of Forst near the River Nays. The hotel has 59 rooms, 4 conference rooms and a large hall with 200 sq.m The total area of the hotel is more than 3,000 sq.m It was built in 1965, completely renovated in 1993, and was heavily refitted between 2013 and 2015. Both building construction elements and internal equipment — lobby, kitchen, rooms, restaurant and conference space — were completely renovated or replaced. During the course of modernization the hotel's adjoining territory was extended, extra parking lots were added including several lots for the coaches. A bus stop is within walking distance and route 112 connects the hotel with the federal highway A15.
